Yippee-ki-yay! Librarians Live-Tweeting a Movie on December 15th

It’s an 8th night of Chanukah miracle – there will be one more “Librarians Live-Tweeting a Movie” in 2012!  Celebrate the holiday season with adding snark via Twitter to this classic action/thriller, “Die Hard” (1988)!  (Kudos to @WoodsieGirl for this brilliant suggestion!)

John McClane, officer of the NYPD, tries to save wife Holly Gennaro and several others, taken hostage by German terrorist Hans Gruber during a Christmas party at the Nakatomi Plaza in Los Angeles.  Source: IMDB.com

  • Saturday, December 15th
  • 8:00 PM GMT (3:00 PM Eastern)  [Figure out your time zone here.]
  • “Die Hard” (1988) [Available in the U.S. on Amazon Instant Video.]
  • Use hashtag #libdh on Twitter to follow the conversation.

Here’s the deal:
1. Hit “Play” at exactly 20:00 GMT
2. Tweet your snark using #libdh
3. Enjoy the film and follow the Tweets of your fellow librarians

To paraphrase John McClane, “It’s okay, I’m a librarian. Trust me, I’ve been doing this for many years.”
